Is Broadsafe Care a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Broadsafe Care Community Services is a registered NDIS provider, delivering support to the NDIS Practice Standards. Our registration is current and our team meets the worker-screening requirements that registration requires. ABN 66 617 226 105.

What areas do you support?

We’re based in Bundamba and provide in-home and community support across Greater Brisbane and the Ipswich region — including Ipswich, Bundamba, Brisbane, Logan, Springfield, Goodna and Redbank. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just ask.

How do I know if I’m eligible, or what my plan covers?

If you have an NDIS plan, we can help you understand how your funding applies to the supports we offer. If you’re not yet with the NDIS, we’re happy to point you in the right direction. There’s no cost or obligation to ask.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. We match you with a support worker who suits your needs and preferences — including any preferences around gender, language or background — and we aim for consistency so you see familiar faces.

Are you able to take on participants who are self-managed or plan-managed?

Yes. We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. Talk to us about how you manage your plan and we’ll make the process simple.

Is support available after hours?

Our enquiry line is answered 24/7 and we can arrange support outside standard hours as part of your plan. Tell us what you need and we’ll tailor it.
