Are your support workers trained for personal care?
Yes. Personal care is delivered by trained support workers, and as a registered NDIS provider we meet the worker-screening and quality requirements that come with registration.
Can I choose the gender of my support worker?
Absolutely. We do our best to match you with a worker you feel comfortable with, including any preferences around gender or background.
Do you provide overnight or respite support?
We can discuss overnight and respite options as part of your support plan — talk to us about what you need and we’ll tailor it.
