Broadsafe Care Community Services is a registered NDIS provider offering disability support services including:

- Assist - Travel/Transport
All services are provided in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
3. Service Agreements
Before services commence, we will enter into a Service Agreement with you that outlines:
- The services to be provided
- Pricing and payment terms
- Scheduling and cancellation policies
- Rights and responsibilities of both parties
- Complaint and feedback processes
The Service Agreement forms part of these Terms of Service.
4. NDIS Funding and Pricing
Our services are priced in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide and Pricing Arrangements. Key points:
- Prices are subject to changes in the NDIS Price Guide
- We can provide services to NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants
- Invoicing and payment terms will be detailed in your Service Agreement
- We do not charge above the NDIS price limits
5. Participant Rights
As an NDIS participant, you have the right to:
- Be treated with dignity and respect
- Have your privacy protected
- Make decisions about your supports
- Choose and change your service provider
- Provide feedback and make complaints
- Access your records and information
- Receive safe and quality supports
6. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your needs and circumstances
- Treat our staff with respect and dignity
- Notify us of changes to your NDIS plan or contact details
- Provide reasonable notice for appointment cancellations
- Maintain a safe environment for our staff when providing in-home services
- Pay for services as agreed in your Service Agreement
7. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy follows NDIS guidelines:
- We require reasonable notice for cancellations (typically 48 hours)
- Short-notice cancellations may be charged in accordance with NDIS rules
- We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis
- Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your Service Agreement
8. Complaints and Feedback
We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. You can:
- Contact us directly to discuss any concerns
- Submit a formal complaint through our complaints process
- Contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
We aim to resolve complaints promptly and will keep you informed throughout the process.
9. Website Use
When using our website, you agree:
- Not to use the website for unlawful purposes
- Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- That content on our website is for general information only
- To respect intellectual property rights
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
- We do not guarantee that services will achieve specific outcomes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement:
- With reasonable notice as specified in the Service Agreement
- Immediately in cases of serious breach or safety concerns
- If NDIS funding is no longer available for services
We will assist with transition to alternative providers where possible.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
