Yes, Broadsafe Care Community Services is a fully registered NDIS provider with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Our registration is valid until February 6, 2028. You can verify our registration on the NDIS Commission website.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, our support services are available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure you have access to the care you need when you need it.

Once your service agreement is in place, we can typically begin services within a few days to a week, depending on your needs and support worker availability. For urgent situations, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible.
All our services are priced in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide and Pricing Arrangements. This ensures transparent, fair pricing that aligns with your NDIS funding. We provide detailed quotes before services begin and can explain how costs relate to your plan's funding categories.
Your NDIS funding is used to pay for the supports and services outlined in your plan. Different services come from different budget categories (Core, Capacity Building, Capital). We help you understand which budget category each service falls under and ensure your funding is used appropriately.
Services covered by your NDIS plan should not incur out-of-pocket costs. However, some activities (such as entry fees to events or the cost of meals during outings) may not be covered by NDIS and would be your responsibility. We always discuss any potential costs with you beforehand.
